Dance Tips- The figure Eight

A lot of people who have experience in dance or other forms of dance have the hardest time learning the different types of figure eight with the hips. Remember you can do the figure eight in so many ways. Lets look at the basic foot work first! You can do the figure eight with your opposite hip up while your opposite heel from you hip is lifted. Then you switch sides opposite heel and opposite hip. You can also do the same heel lifted and the same hip. Which one do you do?
